VALNTNに出会ったのはCotton Candy Cloudsでした。あの曲はとてもメロディが好きなのですが、和訳するには歌詞がファンシーだったので、このSunday Loveの歌詞を自分なりに考えてみます。公式MVがないのが残念ですが..

私達が終わりなら、好きにする。という歌詞ですが、この終わりは別れという意味ではないのかもしれないと思い始めました。(you’re throughの意味を調べると、別れの意味が多くヒットするのですが…)
週末しか会えない恋人で、月曜日からはお互いの仕事や、プライベートがあるので、「ああ、もう日曜日が終わっちゃう、全然あなたとの時間が足りないのに、日曜日、終わらないで！」という意味な気がします。こんな考察を基に、Don’t stopは本来やめないでという意味ですが、終わらないでと書いてみました。
